- Ingredients for 2 people:
10ml Irish Whisky
Some sugar or 2 teaspoons of cane syrup
Some cacao for the presentation
- Mix the whisky with the sugar. The mixture must be hot.
- Do your strong coffee
- Pour in order: hot whiskey, coffee. Gently pour the whipped cream on the back of a teaspoon over the coffee. The cream must float above.
- It’s ready to drink!
