Chocolate Guinness Cake

  • Ingredients:

400g sugar

275g flour

230g butter

100g black chocolate

One can of Guiness

8 tablespoons fresh cream

2 eggs

One tablespoons of baking power

Whipped cream

  • Preparation:
  1. Take a pan, and heat the beer, chocolate, butter and sugar.
  2. Stir until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Then cut the heat and allow to cool.
  4. Add eggs and the fresh cream, then flour and banking power.
  5. Stir to obtain a smooth and lump free set.
  6. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C
  7. Meanwhile, pour the mixture into pre-buttered cupcake mould.
  8. Bake and cook for about 40 to 50 minutes.
  9. Cover with whipped cream before serving warm.
