Chocolate Cream with Baileys
240 ml whole cream
150g chocolate dessert
1 large egg
1 tablespoon Baileys
- Boil the cream over medium heat, add the chocolate and melt the chocolate over low heat (5 to 7 minutes).
- Then add egg and Baileys and cook 2-3 minutes or until the boiling point.
- Aerate the mixture with a mixer for a couple of minutes and then pour in small glasses. Chill and serve.
