Irish Lace Cookies
- Ingredients:
115g butter
130g brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150g oatmeal
- Preparation:
- Mix butter and sugar
- Add flour, milk, vanilla extract and oatmeal
- Then, let stand for 15 minutes just the time to preheat the oven to 180 °.
- On the baking sheet with parchment paper, place a spoon of dough, well-spaced.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
- Ready to eat!
