Guinness Onion RingsĀ 

  • Ingredients:

220g flour

One teaspoon Cayenne pepper

One teaspoon baking power

One teaspoon cornflour

Salt and pepper

35ml Guinness

One large yellow onion, sliced

  • Preparation:
  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, cornflour, baking powder and pepper.
  2. Then add the Guinness gradually and beat until a homogeneous consistency.
  3. Put the onion slices in the bag with the flour and chilli.
  4. Heat the oil in the fryer.
  5. Divide the onion slices one by one in the batter and then in the oil.
  6. Fry 2-3 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
